Return policy is not transparent
I placed this article in large size .. but the fit was large for my pet .. and I want to replace it with a small size . But the window for return/ replace will be open from 4april. So I’m checking it daily whether the window is open. And what I doubting all the time become the reality ,they closed the window on 4April . Really pathetic .why are you misguiding the customers .. if u people don’t have return or replace policy .
