Have not received the free calcium bone packet along with the order

Count the pouches
So my dog is on a freshly cooked, meat based diet.But just like we humans like a break from our typical daal chawal at home, i like to believe my dog would like a break as well, so i give him these wet gravy pouches once in a while. He loves them!However, this time when I ordered them, i made a mistake, and didn’t count the number of pouches inside the box immediately. I waited for my current stock to get over, then opened these boxes.Guess what? I ordered 2 boxes of 10 pouches each. I got two boxes of 9 pouches each.I can’t even complain now, because it’s too late.Do be careful though, and check your package.

Very disheartened with this highly recommended dog gravy food.
Bought this product with high expectations as it’s a highly recommended brand.My dog ate it very happily the first time, But, after around 2 hrs she vomited out her entire meal.Second time I tried it after 3 days, she smelt it and turned away.Either it has not suited her or the product has not been stored properly by the vendor, and hence, has become bad.
