They Loved it so Much They Chewed the Wire Out.
I have two puppies, less than 7 lbs each. I just wanted something to help them use up their energy. As expected, initially they were wary, mainly because the tunnels were a bit tight for them, even though the page said that up to 12 lbs could enter. Eventually, I dumped in their toys and a bit of kibble and they started to have fun. Then they started using it as a chew toy. the material was very sturdy, but eventually the wire that gives the tunnels their shape popped out. There was no way to put it back in and then of course the wire was the new chew toy. So I put it away. I would think that cats, who don’t chew as much as puppies would do better with this. As stated the material and shape was very good. But it was almost too small for my 7 lb puppies.

I’ve had this tunnel out for 2 months now and my cats have never gotten bored of it. I have 4 kittens, all under 1 year, so they play pretty rough. Jumping on each other from outside the tunnel. Clawing at each other through the fabric. Dive bombing each other and dragging the tunnel across the room. This tunnel has stood up to it all so high marks for durability.It’s a great size though my cats are still smallish. Theyre all a big fan of the dangly toy and it has also stood up to some rough play.Only downsides are the fact that the tunnel slides really easily, especially on my hard wood floors. Even on carpet it eventually gets shoved up against a wall so I’m constantly having to move it back in place. Other thing is I have found it impossible to ever fold it back up for storage (though other seem to have figured it out so maybe I’m just a dummy). Luckily it’s such a big hit with my cats Im fine leaving it out but one day I’ll likely have to fight to get it folded back up.

Cats love this thing, so I’ve got no complaints. It’s just a straightforward cat tunnel, and even my big 18-pound guy fits in it with no problem. It is loud and crinkly, which doesn’t bother me, but something to keep in mind. Honestly, the noise just makes them love it more. Solid purchase.
