Bug and Worm Infestation within couple of days of opening.
I have been using Henlo dog food for a year now and have an Amazon subscription for the product. But recently, I have had a disheartening experience with the bad product quality. Two months back, much to my shock, I noticed a bug and worm infestation on the food with mfg date of December 2024. I thought it could be due to some storage issue and took necessary precautions on the last month’s package with mfg date of April 2025 and stored it in an airtight container. I opened the package on Friday last week and despite securing the package inside an airtight container, once again it got bug/worm infestation.Please refer to the attached videos showing the packages with infestation along with their Mfg date.Worst part is i called Henlo support for 3 consecutive days but no one answered. I mailed but no response. Ended up wasting away 4000Rs worth of dog food with no resolution from Henlo.I strongly don’t recommend this product.

Good but this batch is overbaked
The product is good but the batch we recived this time is overbaked and very hard. Need a lot of time to soak in hot water else it can not be consumed. Also they have reduced the quantity by 200g and price has increased which is unfair.

Good healthy doggie food
Food is amazing…but thr zip lock doest lock….hence the smell disappeared very fast…transferred contents to another box, but smell had reduced and my old doggo won’t eat it…However, my Cat like it and eats it…hahaThe kibble size is also large for my chihuahua
