One area of improvement and a million plus points
Holistically the product is amazing. My dog loves playing with it. At first he was a lil scared but now he never leaves it alone. However one feedback I’d like to give- if this product is made for dogs and cats, the red silicon part in the ball should be a bit more sturdy, considering that the cats and dogs might tear it using their nails or teeth. The product I have, it’s only been a couple weeks, and the silicon is already torn. It should be more sturdy. Apart from this concern, this product is a straight 100 in terms of keeping the pets busyy. The concept it really interesting and fascinating, the colours are just applaud worthy.

The item is good to keep pets busy and active. However the switch button of the ball stopped working after 4-5 days due to which it is no longer rolling automatically. The battery life is average. Entertainment value is great. Quality of the silicon ball and string is good. Even after the ball has stopped working my pet finds it fascinating. Giving 3 stars due to overall durability and life of the product.

Not durable for large breed
I bought this interactive ball for my 2-year-old Labrador, and it broke after just one use. My dog is playful but not aggressive with toys, so I expected it to last longer. The concept is good, and the movement and functions worked well, but the material isn’t strong enough for medium or large breeds. It might be a good source of entertainment for small dogs, but definitely not suitable for active or large ones.
